For value at Jewel Changi Airport, eat in the basements: Food Republic, A&W, Tian Tian and Song Fa. For a sit-down meal, go up to Levels 2 to 5 for Shake Shack, PS.Cafe, Din Tai Fung, Tsuta or Kantin. Jewel's roughly 115 food outlets are all in the public area, so you don't need a boarding pass.
We checked unit numbers and opening times against the Jewel dining directory on 7 November 2026. Prices are what Eatbook and Mothership paid when they visited, so use them as a rough guide. "++" means service charge and GST are added on top.

With kids, and after 10pm
With children, Food Republic lets everyone choose their own meal. The conveyor belt at Sushiro keeps toddlers busy, Royal Host serves family-style Japanese food, and ActionCity Café on Level 4 is near Pokémon Center Singapore. Jewel says it has baby care rooms on every level from B2 to L4. There are no Pokémon-themed menus at Jewel this season, but the Pokémon Center on Level 4 is a short walk from ActionCity Café.
Jewel has no 24-hour food court. After 10pm you can still eat at The Coffee Bean (24 hours), Beauty in the Pot (to 3am), A&W and McDonald's (to midnight), Kantin and Arteastiq (to 11pm, or midnight at weekends), and Shake Shack (to 10:30pm). For later meals, cross to the terminals: see 24-hour food at Changi.
Closed, new and coming soon in 2026
- Temporarily closed: Jewel's directory marks PUTIEN (#02-249) and Tai Er (#03-208) as temporarily closed. Some round-ups still recommend Tai Er.
- New: Lotteria (11 February), Lady M's return (21 April) and the revamped Food Republic (3 July). The Coach Restaurant opened in late October 2025.
- Coming: Jewel lists Chipotle as "opening soon" at #02-200. Chipotle said on 1 November that its first Southeast Asian restaurant opens there in 2027, without giving a date.
More openings across the airport are in new food at Changi in 2026.
