Pokémon Center Singapore at Jewel: hours, queues and ballot 2026

Pokémon Center Singapore is on Level 4 of Jewel Changi Airport, at units #04-201, #04-202 and #04-203, and it opens from 10am to 10pm every day. Entry is normally free and walk-in. On busy dates Pokémon Singapore controls admission with an online ballot, same-day queue tickets or wristbands, announced on Instagram at @pokemonofficial.sg.

This weekend is one of those dates. On Saturday 7 November 2026 the store said its entry wristbands for the day were all gone, as it had reached its daily capacity.

Where it is: Jewel Level 4, a short walk from T1, T2 and T3

The address is 78 Airport Boulevard, #04-201/202/203, Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore 819666. It is in the public part of Jewel, so you don't need a boarding pass.

Opened in 2019 as the first permanent Pokémon Center in Asia outside Japan, the store closed on 1 April 2026 for a refit and reopened on 1 July with a Singapore heritage look and a new symbol Pokémon, Solgaleo, at the entrance.

Do you need a ticket to get in?

Not usually. Pokémon Singapore brings in entry control only for dates it expects to be crowded, and says the rules may run longer if crowds stay heavy. In 2026 it has used three methods.

1. The Store Visit Application (the "ballot")

This is the Pokémon Center ballot: you apply online and entry is given by random draw. The terms, dated 10 June 2026, say:

For 1 to 5 July and 7 to 10 August 2026, ballot winners had the 10am to 1pm slot. TheSmartLocal reported each July winner could bring one guest.

2. Same-day queue entry tickets

On the same dates, entry from 1pm was by same-day queue ticket, handed out at the store from 8:30am, first come first served. Don't gather near the store before distribution: staff can refuse entry to anyone who ignores instructions.

3. Wristbands this weekend

For the PokéXciting! weekend, the store uses entry wristbands with time slots, and only wristband holders get in. The full rules for Sunday 8 November aren't on its website, so check Instagram before you set off.

The 30th anniversary item: a blue PokéXciting! Pikachu bag charm

For the anniversary weekend, the store sells a PokéXciting! Pikachu bag charm in Singapore's blue costume, in limited numbers. No price has been published.

The official pages disagree on how long it's sold. The Pokémon Company's August announcement says PokéXciting! Pikachu goods go on sale "from 7 November" while supplies last. Pokémon Singapore's 5 November update says the charm is "only available" on 7 and 8 November. We follow the newer post.

The Changi and Jewel premiums, such as the Pikachu and Eevee plushies, are a separate offer that needs a S$60 receipt. See what a S$60 receipt gets you.

Pokémon cards at Pokémon Center Singapore: restocks and limits

The store sells Pokémon Trading Card Game products, but popular sets go fast and there is no published restock schedule. TheSmartLocal reported that restocks come at random, so watch the store's Instagram. The official online store is Pokémon Store Online Singapore on Lazada.

Expect strict queue rules on card launches. On 17 January 2025 the in-store launch of Prismatic Evolutions was called off about 30 minutes before opening, after a crowd police put at more than 1,000 formed outside. Pokémon Singapore had said overnight queueing wasn't allowed and unmanaged queues would be dispersed.

At the back is an ocean-themed event space for game and card events, with Pokémon Mezastar arcade machines nearby, according to TheSmartLocal.

Pokémon Singapore says no card game promo cards are handed out at the PokéXciting! event.
