Parking for the Pokémon events
- For Jewel and the Forest Valley parade, park at T1/Jewel in B3 to B5, not the short-term floors. A 3pm parade means a wristband queue from about 1pm, so you could easily stay four or five hours. In B3 to B5 that is about $10 to $13. In the short-term lots, five hours comes to well over $40.
- For the T3 stage activities, use Car Park 3A or 3B. T3 is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Jewel over the link bridge, so you can do both from one car park.
- If T1/Jewel is full, T2 and T3 charge the same rate and connect to Jewel on foot. This is our suggestion. The official pages give no event-day parking advice.
- Jewel has about 2,500 spaces, according to its Pokémon page. Weekend afternoons are the busiest time, so arrive early or take the MRT. See Getting there.
Free parking with Changi Rewards
If you shop or eat while you wait, the free Changi Rewards scheme can cover two hours.
- Jewel: spend $80 in total on the same day at participating Jewel outlets for 2 hours free. This only works in the T1/Jewel general lots, B3 to B5, not B2M or B2.
- T1 to T4 public areas (not Jewel): spend $60 in total on the same day, or pay one $35 receipt with Mastercard, for 2 hours free. You can't combine the two.
- Each receipt must be at least $10. Jewel and terminal spending can't be added together. You get one 2-hour benefit per exit.
- How to claim: add your car's IU number in the Changi App, scan your Rewards card at each purchase, and the free time comes off at the exit gantry.
- The benefit doesn't apply on public holidays or the day before one. 7 and 8 November are normal weekend days.
Paying
- The fee comes off the CashCard or Autopass card in your In-Vehicle Unit at the exit. The EZ-Link Motoring service in the SimplyGo app also works.
- Top-up machines take NETS only. Cheers stores in T2, T3 and T4 do cash top-ups.
- The Changi pages don't say whether the new ERP 2.0 on-board unit works at these gantries. If you only have the new unit, check with the car park hotline before you drive in: +65 9336 2249.
EV charging
- T1/Jewel, B3 Lobby C: 22kW AC, lots 207 to 212.
- T2 Car Park 2A, Level 3: 7.4kW AC at lots 96, 97, 144 and 145, and 120kW DC at lots 98 and 99.
- T3 Car Park 3A, B1: 22kW AC, lots 237 to 242.
Charging prices aren't on the Changi page, and you pay overstay fees after charging finishes.
Long stays
Park & Fly packages start at $42 for one day and must be bought in advance in the Changi App. Park & Work (for staff and regular users) is $22 for 14 hours at T2, T3, T4 and Hub & Spoke. The two official pages give different Park & Work prices, so check the app before you buy.
