Changi Airport 24 Hour Food 2026: Late Night Supper and Halal

Changi Airport has 24-hour food in the public area of every terminal, so you can have supper there without a flight. The best late-night clusters are the T2 Arrival Hall (Swee Choon dim sum, McDonald’s, Heavenly Wang), the T3 Basement 2 Kopitiam food court and the T1 Level 3 Viewing Mall.

We only list outlets that Changi’s dining directory marks "Opens 24 Hours", checked on 7 November 2026. Where an outlet’s record shows both 24 hours and set closing times, we leave it out of the main lists and flag it at the end. Halal is marked only where the outlet appears in the MUIS halal directory.

Terminal 2: the strongest supper spot

The T2 Arrival Hall on Level 1 has the most choice after midnight, all in the public area:

Upstairs in the Level 2 Departure Hall, Sukiya (#02-02, gyudon from $4.50) and Cafe O by Soup Restaurant (#02-07/08/09, prata from $2.80 per TheSmartLocal, March 2026) are both open 24 hours and both MUIS certified. Starbucks (#02-33) and Burger King on Level 3 (#03-01, halal certified) also stay open.

Terminal 3: Kopitiam food court in Basement 2

Kopitiam (#B2-03 and #B2-10(A)) is the only public food court at Changi listed as open 24 hours, which makes it the cheapest supper in the airport. Several stalls are MUIS certified, including Cinta Hainanese Chicken Rice and Saayang Sayang Nasi Padang; not every stall stays open through the night, so look for lit counters. Next door, Mr Teh Tarik Express (#B2-22, halal certified) runs all night.

On Level 1, McDonald’s (#01-21), Paris Baguette (#01-22) and Heavenly Wang (#01-25) are all 24 hours and MUIS certified. On Level 2, O’Coffee Club (#02-81) and Starbucks (#02-90) stay open. The T3 Pokémon light and snow show runs at 7:30pm and 8:30pm, plus 9:30pm later in the week, so supper downstairs fits after it.

Terminal 1: Viewing Mall and Arrival

Penang Culture next to Woke Ramen closes at midnight, not 24 hours.

Terminal 4

T4’s public area has Ma Mum (#01-04, Beef Boat Noodle $8.90++) and Paris Baguette (#01-05), both halal certified, plus Starbucks (#02-04), O’Coffee Club (#02-13) and 7-Eleven on Levels 1 and 2. The Kopitiam food court on Level 2M closes at 11pm.

Jewel after dark

Jewel is not a 24-hour food stop. The only Jewel outlet in Changi’s directory marked 24 hours is The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Level 1, #01-200). Late closers:

After immigration

With a boarding pass, the three transit food courts, SG Hawker (T1), Cookhouse by Koufu (T2) and Singapore Food Street (T3), are all listed as open 24 hours. At T4 transit, Texas Chicken (#02-86, halal certified) and the Tiger Den bar stay open. Full details are in our transit food guide. Late flyers may also catch Pokémon night encounters in the transit areas at 11pm and midnight on selected nights.

Listed with mixed hours

These outlets show "Opens 24 Hours" in Changi’s directory but also set opening times, so we cannot say which is right. Check with the outlet before a late trip:
