Changi Airport has two staff canteens that the public can use: Foodies’ Clan at T2 Level 3M and Orchis Cafeteria at T1 Basement 1, both listed by Changi as open 7am to 8pm. Hawker plates there cost about $4.50 to $9, the cheapest sit-down meals in the airport.
There is no staff canteen in T3’s public area; its cheap option is the 24-hour Kopitiam in Basement 2. Hours and units below are from Changi’s dining directory, checked on 7 November 2026.
Terminal 2: Foodies’ Clan, Level 3M
Foodies’ Clan (#0610-ASC) is above Car Park 2A, in the public area. Changi lists it as a food court open 7am to 8pm daily. Eatbook, which visited in September 2025, counted about 20 stalls, said it is open to the public with discounts for airport staff, and gave shorter hours: 7am to 6:30pm on weekdays and 7am to 5:30pm at weekends. Individual stalls keep their own hours, so we follow Changi’s listing but suggest you go before 5pm to be safe.
How to get there
From the T2 Departure Hall on Level 2, follow the signs to Car Park 2A, take the car park lift to Level 3, then follow the Staff Canteen signs up to 3M. If you drive, it sits right above the car park; see our parking page. The MRT station is under T2 and T3, a short walk away (getting there).

MUIS lists El Carbon, Smashed and Dharsha as halal certified. Prices are a year old, so allow for small rises. A reader comment on Point Hacks (July 2026) advises bringing cash.

Terminal 1: Orchis Cafeteria, Basement 1
Orchis Cafeteria (#B1-12A) is the T1 staff canteen. Changi describes it as "serving largely the staff of Changi Airport Group and even tourists", lists it as a public-area food court and gives its hours as 7am to 8pm. A 2023 Now Boarding article gave 6am to 9pm; we follow the current directory.
To get there, go to check-in row 13 in the T1 Departure Hall (Level 2), follow the Staff Canteen signs and take lift 8, 9 or 26 down to B1. Now Boarding mentions Nur’s Family Nasi Ayam, saba bento and mala hotpot among the stalls, and MUIS lists Buhari Cafe and Encik Jiang Chicken Rice as halal certified. We found no recent dated menu prices for Orchis; expect hawker prices similar to T2.

Terminal 3 and Terminal 4: the food courts
We found no public staff canteen at T3. Use Kopitiam in Basement 2 (#B2-03 and #B2-10(A)), open 24 hours, with 29 stalls according to Changi. Eatbook priced Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang at $8.90 in August 2026. When the space reopened in December 2024, Changi said a Daily Surprises QR code gave up to $3 off meals through the FairPrice Group app; we could not confirm it is still running. FairPrice Finest in the same space (7am to 10pm) is the cheapest place for snacks and drinks.
At T4, Kopitiam on Level 2M (#02-205) is open 5am to 11pm, with halal-certified stalls such as PX Hainanese Chicken Rice.
