Jewel Level 1: Pikachu sun visors and stickers
The joint Changi and Jewel media release says Pikachu sun visors and Pokémon 30th anniversary stickers are handed out on Level 1, opposite Porsche, on 7 and 8 November from 12pm to 9pm, first come, first served. Jewel's own page is coyer: it says the goodies "will only be revealed on-site". Changi's weekend page uses the same visor and sticker photo for its giveaways. Neither page says how many there are or whether there is a limit per person.
The spot is near Jewel's North Entrance, which also has one of the Pokégenic photo spots. It is outside the Forest Valley, so the 1pm to 7pm parade closure doesn't affect it. If you are queueing for a parade wristband, the giveaway opens at 12pm, which leaves time before the 1pm wristband slot, although on Saturday the 3pm wristbands were gone by 1pm.
Terminal 3 Basement 2: colouring booths for kids
Kids activity booths run at the T3 Basement 2 playground area from 12pm to 8pm on both days. Colouring is free, and children who complete selected activities get giveaways such as Pokémon stickers. The release says more prizes are revealed on site. Changi's weekend page also lists "special giveaways" across the airport from 12pm to 8pm, while stocks last.
ST3PS, the screening space on the same floor, shows Pokémon Kids TV from 10am to 10pm on 7 and 8 November. It is a good place to park small children between queues.
Pokémon GO: a sticker and a free Pikachu encounter
At the Pokémon GO booth in Terminal 3 you can redeem a PokéXciting! sticker. Neither Pokémon GO nor Changi has published the booth's hours or what you need to show to get the sticker, so ask at the booth.
In the game, two stamp rallies each end in an encounter with PokéXciting! Pikachu in its blue costume, from 10am to 10pm on 7 and 8 November. Spin the PokéXciting! PokéStop in the T3 Departure Hall for the Singapore stamp, then collect five themed stamps at PokéStops around Changi and Jewel. Full steps are in our stamp rally guide.
