Jewel Parking Rates 2026: Free Parking, Height Limit and Tips

Parking at Jewel costs S$0.65 for every 15 minutes (S$2.60 an hour) in the general floors, Basement 3 to Basement 5, every day of the week. The short-term floors, B2M and B2, charge the same for 90 minutes and then S$5 per 30 minutes, so drive down to B3 or below for longer stays. The first 10 minutes are free.

This weekend (7 to 9 November 2026): Sunday 8 November is Deepavali, and Monday 9 November is the holiday in lieu. Changi Rewards' spend-based free parking is excluded on a public holiday eve, the holiday and the Monday after a Sunday holiday, which rules out all three days. Budget for paid parking.

Jewel and Changi car park rates

Jewel shares the T1 / Jewel Car Park with Terminal 1: about 2,500 spaces, open 24 hours. Published rates for cars and vans:

There is no separate weekday or weekend price, and no daily cap is published for cars. Payment comes off the card in your in-vehicle unit at the exit, or through EZ-Link Motoring Service in the SimplyGo app. Car park top-up machines take NETS only.

What a Pokémon parade afternoon costs

Queueing for a wristband, the holding area, the show and a meal can add up to four or five hours. At the published rates:

The short-term floors only make sense if you are out within 90 minutes. Changi hasn't published special parking advice for the weekend.

How to get free parking at Jewel

Beyond the 10-minute grace period, free parking at Jewel comes through Changi Rewards. Free hours are credited to the in-vehicle unit (IU) number saved in your Changi Rewards profile and taken off at the exit, so add your IU in the Changi App first.

• Gold members: one hour free every day, no spend needed.
• Platinum members: two hours free every day, no spend needed.
• Any tier, spend at Jewel: S$80 of same-day nett spend at participating Jewel outlets (supermarkets included) earns two hours free.
• Any tier, spend in the terminals: S$60 of same-day nett spend in the public areas of T1 to T4 (not Jewel) earns two hours free.
• Mastercard: S$35 nett on one receipt paid by Mastercard in the T1 to T4 public areas (not Jewel) earns two hours free. It can't be stacked with the S$60 offer.

The small print that trips people up:

• At the T1 / Jewel car park, all of these work on B3 to B5 only, not B2M or B2.
• Jewel spend only earns free parking at the T1 / Jewel car park. Terminal spend works at T1 / Jewel general lots and the T2, T3 and T4 car parks.
• Spend at Jewel and spend in the terminals can't be added together. S$50 in T3 plus S$30 at Jewel gets you nothing.
• Each receipt must be at least S$10 nett, and your Changi Rewards card must be scanned at the till. Nett spend is rounded down to the dollar on each receipt.
• Gold and Platinum daily hours are used up in full on your first exit of the day. They stack with one two-hour spend reward per exit.
• The spend-based offers are excluded on public holiday eves, public holidays and the Monday after a Sunday holiday.

One thing to check: a banner on the same page dates a Mastercard free parking offer 24 July to 1 November 2026, while the text lists the S$35 Mastercard offer with no end date. Check the Changi App before relying on it.

Parking redemption: CarPass, rebates and coupons

Parking redemption now happens in CarPass, inside the Changi App, not at a counter. Scan the CarPass QR code on a receipt, or open CarPass, pick the promotion and upload the receipt. Rewards appear under My CarPass, then My eCoupons. Members can also swap Changi Rewards points for parking rebates in the app. Paper coupons are now only for Malaysia-registered cars without an IU.

Height limits

Changi's own road height document (version of 17 October 2025) gives these limits for the public car parks:

• T1 / Jewel car park: 2.1m.
• T2 Car Park 2A and 2B entrances: 1.9m.
• T3 Car Parks 3A and 3B: 2.1m on the approach road.
• T4 Car Parks 4A and 4B entrances: 2.2m.

It also lists 4.5m for the road to the "Jewel Loading Bays / Jewel Car Park", the service road; the 2021 version gave the Jewel car park as 2.1m. Check the entrance sign if you are close to the limit.

EV charging

• T1 / Jewel car park: Level B3, Lobby C, lots 207 to 212, AC 22kW (SP Mobility).
• T2 Car Park 2A: Level 3, lots 96, 97, 144 and 145 at AC 7.4kW, and lots 98 and 99 at DC 120kW (Charge+).
• T3 Car Park 3A: Level B1, lots 237 to 242, AC 22kW (SP Mobility).

Pokémon weekend: where to park instead

• For the Jewel parade: T1 / Jewel B3 to B5 is the closest, directly under the building.
• For the T3 shows: T3 Car Park 3A or 3B costs the same and is near the PokéXciting! Stage. The Car Park 3A Basement 3 lobby is also a live broadcast spot if the night show is full. Jewel is 5 to 10 minutes away over the link bridge.
• Skip the car: Changi Airport MRT station is under T2 and T3, and seven bus services stop at T1. See getting there.
