Meet and greets are free, first come first served, with no minimum spend. The queue opens 30 minutes before each session and you collect a pass from the queue. Bring your own phone or camera: no professional photos are provided.

There's also a 6:30pm session at ST3PS (T3 Basement 2) on the same dates. The pairings are as listed on the official table, which is laid out in a way that makes it easy to misread. Check the official page before a special trip.
In the transit areas (boarding pass needed)
- Meet and greets: T1 on 12 Dec at 12pm, T3 on 13 Dec at 8pm, T4 on 19 Dec at 9am and T2 on 20 Dec at 9pm. The release annex adds a second session an hour after each.
- Transit parades with Snorlax, Piplup, Pikachu and Eevee. From the annex: T3 on 21 Nov (8pm, 9pm), T1 on 22 Nov (8pm, 9pm), T4 on 5 Dec (10am, 11am), T2 on 6 Dec (9am, 10am), T4 on 19 Dec (11am, 12pm) and T2 on 20 Dec (8am, 9am).
The web page says the transit sessions are in departure areas, while the annex says arrival. If you're flying, ask at an information counter on the day.
Tips
- The queue opens 30 minutes before each session. Passes are first come first served.
